BOOKINGS CANNOT BE CANCELLED BUT CAN BE RESCHEDULED UP TO 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE using the “Reschedule Booking” button at the bottom of the Confirmation email.
YOU WILL RECEIVE THE GATE PADLOCK NUMBER BY EMAIL AN HOUR BEFORE YOUR BOOKING, so it is essential that you fill in your email address correctly and do not unsubscribe from futher communications. Unsubscribing will mean that you do not receive the Reminder emails with the gate padlock number and we promise that we will not send you unecessary updates or marketing emails.
